Mahira made her Cannes red carpet debut wearing an Alberta Ferretti strapless gown. Hair in a side swept do, her look was finished out with a bold red lip and jewellery from Chopard.
Unfortunately, I had such high expectations from her, that I was totally underwhelmed. I didn’t mind that she wanted to go for a simple elegant look but frankly the gown was nothing to write home about.

You what I prefer this look compared to the highly curated look of Kangana and Deepika. She looks amazing. Sometimes less is the key to shine.

She did amazing despite her dress not arriving. Its an old world charm done right without venturing into clown area . She worked the red carpet so well. Alot of hollywood girls went for simple clean looks do its fine. I do wish though we get a glimpse of what she was supposed to wear.

Mahira impressed me the most in Cannes. Barring her this look, all her other looks were 10/10. Especially her saree one. Wow ! her looks were both stylish and glamourous. Impressed
