The looks are good, nothing much to fault, but they live in Mumbai right? What’s with the boots? Its so funny! And PnP when you comment on fashion isn’t weather appropriateness a major factor? What’s the point in just describing what we can already see? There have been so many comments from readers that we’d like you to give your opinion on the looks, I’m surprised as the way you totally ignore these comments.

These two must have just returned from Flagstaff Alaska and ditched their cars and walked of the airport to go shopping in Mumbai and must have been ABSOLUTELY unable to pack regular footwear 🙂 and so they must wear thigh high waist high boots in Mumbai :))

Utterly dislike Seemas dress/ top/ half sewn monstrosity, Like i mean, seriously? For some reason I think it looks like it is from Malaikas wardrobe!

Hahaha… ridiculous! I agree, a summer dress with thigh high boots. Classic case of “we are so desperate to copy Hollywood celebs”
With their show becoming popular why won’t Seema put a little more effort to look nice in public sightings. This looks outright tacky. And it doesn’t take big bucks to look crisp and nice, vs wearing stuff from the teens section. Short and skimpy is not by default = looking young. She’s so pretty and could do so much better, and is a dress designer. Just a little out of the usual picks and figure what flatters (and looks classy) elementary!
Putting aside the bed sheet/curtain look that it screams, I think Maheep dress is more acceptable. Overall I like her styling.

It’s not ideal for Bombay weather but I guess it’s okay as long as you are not spending anytime on the street. However, I’d still feel very stupid wearing this in Bombay.

Maheep’s outfit looks good. Nothing super trendy or out of the ordinary but a good brunch outfit. Seema’s dress is ugly. I read a lot of comments about weather appropriateness. I get it! It doesn’t make sense but to me fashion and dressing up is about fun. I think everyone wants to enjoy wearing boots in Fall/Winter months and that’s what these ladies are doing. I live in Ohio so I get to experience a long cold snowy winter but I know I would want to wear boots in winter if l lived in Mumbai or Florida.
I agree. Fashion is about having fun, whatever one’s definition of fun is. And most of us predominantly tend to lean towards one or the other more – either style, or comfort. For people in (or adjacent to) showbiz, I guess style takes precedence over comfort (or sense).
All that said, I like neither look. But you do you, ladies!
