Madhuri is beautiful but top-heavy, she has a generous bust and her waist is not well-defined. Her hips and legs are quite slim. This dress has a high neck and makes her bust look even bigger. It also has a straight skirt, which adds no balancing bulk or volume to her lower body.
Top-heavy folks might want to pick outfits that have volume or embellishment below the waist, to create the illusion of an hourglass figure.
Very few people have perfectly balanced proportions, Halle Berry is a good example.
