  1. FYI… That Television show judge is Indian cinema’s biggest actress Madhuri Dixit !! Show some respect, if not for hwr fashion sense then for who she is, atleast. Would have been better if u have kept it as a fashion blog and goven ur opinion rather than insinuating her. Fashion is a very comparative thing. Not necessarily, all would like what you will like our all hate what you hate. So why not just put your comments and let us comment in the comment section.

    • I really don’t see how my comment was offensive. Given how often she’s worn Arpita Mehta, it’s a natural conclusion that she’d snap up these saris too. I didn’t mean to imply anything different. If it’s condescension you read in to my tone… Well, now you know! 🙂

      • By how often, I guess u mean “Four” times (thrice on TV). Well, not VERY OFTEN I guess then. She has worn Zara 5 times (2 on TV), Shehlaa thrice, Peppermint Diva thrice- how come as per your calculation this look designer and not the others have her name written all over them ?? Still, u say, it was juat a general comment and not making fun !!

    • Geez!! while I am not familiar with Indian TV, I can’t really see how anyone can take offense to that comment. I guess its true you can’t please everyone. BTW it would actually be nice to see Madhuri aunty in these saris. These are some pretty and vibrant saris and I’m sure she’ll look good.

    • Ha ha. Indian cinemas? You mean Bollywood. AFAIK there are like 9 leading/flourishing movie industries in India plus few others. 😛 You are welcome. Back in the days (;)) at least, P&P had some tongue in cheek comments coming through but definitely not in the recent past. And most definitely not on this post.

      • Like I said, let’s keep it as a fashion blog and not a place to compare or rate Actresses. There are 9 industries and still if u find anyone bigger than “that TV judge” would be surprising for millions.Anyways, that’s another case. All I meant, is that even if P&P would have directly written “Madhuri”, the tone would have been different.
