Lakshmi attended a recent Awards event wearing Gauri and Nainika. With her hair pulled back, the actor finished out the look with soft make-up, Ghanasingh Be True earrings and a ring from Vasundhara. She looked great!

She looks lovely. very elegant. The color can easily wash out people, but she managed to look good. The fabric does seem a bit too heavy.
Looks boring may be because of the color.
Why do Gauri and Nainika (and many designers have copied this) use this weird scuba-look material that’s so thick! It doesn’t photograph well at all!

The outfit is lovely, and her styling is bang on. Doesn’t her makeup look odd though? Like it stops a few millimeters before her hairline?
Now I cant unsee it. Forehead-hairline looks weird. The same I feel with Sonali Bendre. Someone mentioned about threading the forehead-hairline which makes it look odd. Gives it a toupe look.

Hair and makeup are not working but the dress looks great on her!
That’s a contour makeup, can see those dark shade on forehead, didn’t blend well with rest of lighter shade.
