LFW Winter Festive 2012: Abhishek Dutta

Comment image 11

Abhishek Dutta’s futruristic collection consisting of menswear and womenswear was marked by tangram prints. Purple and grey were the dominant colors in this winter collection. Would love to have one of those flared printed pants or even the top in my closet. Not that creepy gas mask, but of course.

    • +1. I immediately thot of Bane. They look really stupid and out of place and the clothes aren’t much to speak about.

  2. The masks would have worked if they were bigger. Here besides bearing striking resemblances to Bane, they look like little piggy’s noses!

  3. every designer work with a theme and certain styling factor in mind.this collection had these pollution masks so as to speak about anti pollution and if someone followed the show then they’ll knw i have used different traffic noises to depict those.as for the collection i do minimilistic clothes with diff detailing and i am definitly open to criticism.as for the mask they are not inspired from batman movie but the coll is inspired from tangram the chinese puzzle (can make out from prints and 3d detailings)
