In Neha Taneja

Kriti launched a Tissot store in Mangalore recently wearing a gold embroidered dress by Neha Taneja. Between the color of the dress and the nude pumps, one would think a bold lip was the way to go but I like the subtle coral one that she sported. A darker shade might have felt harsh.

Like her look? We sure do!

  1. Sorry but her outfit looks like it was sewn by the neighborhood darzee/masterji. There is nothing “exclusive” or “haute” or “dejyner” about it,
In fact 90% of today’s designers have no talent. Sure, big name celebrities cant seem to stop wearing em, but if apparel designers were in a “corporate environment” 90% of them would get fired
They are overpaid and lack skills, anybody could do their jobs

    • It looks like you hate any look where the celebrity is thin or has a good body. Just an observation, no need to jump guns and write a sermon response. Thanks.

      • I don’t think she was saying anything about the lady in the picture (her figure included). The conversation is about what she is wearing and she is on spot saying that this is such an imaginative dress…curtain material with silhouette that my 10yr old niece would draw 🙂

      • Don’t make a statement and then ask her not to respond. Just an observation, no need to jump guns and write a sermon response. Thanks.

  2. I like. So pretty. The material reminds one of curtains but her soft features and her slender body makes this dress work. This is a perfect example of how one’s body type DOES matter to make some silhouettes and fabrics work. She didn’t need to hold breath, wear two sizes too small, do collar bone jutting and all that kind of silly stuff. lol

  3. “Darzees” make all garments designer or otherwise. I love the retro silhouette, the all over jacquard-like motifs and the overall styling. Kriti’s beauty is both sophisticated and delicate which really helps showcase the designer’s work effectively.
