Kriti attended a panel discussion at a summit wearing a pink cotton sari from Mati and while she looked lovely from the front, I wish I hadn’t seen the back of the top which was a bodysuit design but with a really high cut and a very thin strip going down the you know what.

Its sad that Kriti decided to go along with it but why would the label even think of curating such a CRINGE blouse?
I’m not even Indian and I find it disheartening to see designers distorting the essence of the sari by incorporating bikini tops, corsets, activewear bras, bodysuits, and such. The sari is a garment of timeless grace, elegance, and cultural significance—qualities that are utterly diminished by such unnecessary alterations.
