In Prabal Gurung
Wearing a Prabal Gurung dress, Kiara attended the success bash for Kabir Singh on Thursday evening. Part of me wished for some color on the lips but I didn’t mind that she skipped it.
What do you think?

Amid the tattered bits you r looking for lip color ????!!!! Lol. Kiara, your movie minted 200 crores, pl stitch yourself some clothes.
She must haven’t got even 2 crores even though.. anyways: ugly dress.
Just about anything qualifies for a dress these days. This is not even a non-starter. Blase reporting.
2 lungis were destroyed to make this dress. And since Prabal Gurung designed it, it qualifies as high fashion.
It’s an interesting dress but slits always ruin a dress. Tassel bits end up looking 70s. Without it this would seem like an interpretation of drapes worn by dancers.
That said she is a very pretty girl in a way that one tends to notice the face and not the dress.
Her lip colour and shoe colour are same hahaha
Someone had to design this??
Naaah. That ministry-mojo is over. 😛
This looks more Vivienne Westwood than Prabal Gurung. The styling should have been more fun. As is, it looks meh.
What a strange dress! the only way it would work , is for a Raggedy Ann impersonation on Halloween! Such a pretty and talented actor, she could do far FAR better for the success party of her movie!
Looking at this dress, help but think of rug/carpet ends patched together. He makes much better, sleek and modern clothes that she could’ve chose from!
To those complaining about table covers and lungis, making jeans into skirts got us denim skirts in the first place. using safety pins strategically is high clever design. jute and bamboo for clothes to recycle images of everyday household objects as wearable clothes is inventive designing for clothes. i just wish she had saved the look as is for a daytime event, or added brighter shoes for the evening.
It made me think of gurung’s Nepalese origins .. looks like traditional clothes worn by women from the Northeast.
$1320 on Neiman Marcus for a similar piece! Wow.
Interesting comment….
@Airavathi…Northeast Nepal?
Beautiful dress with Indian tartan pattern, maybe not event appropriate, seems like a daytime look. Muted lipstick let’s the outfit shine . Liking it !
