Latest round of promotions had Kiara teaming her Alina Anwar dress with an Alex Perry jacket. Pair of matching red-toned pumps rounded out the actor’s look.
Kiara fared better than perhaps some others would in this look but that’s not to say it worked. Maybe the blazer was an attempt to downplay the embellished cut-out dress but the separates lacked cohesion. The whole looked seemed forced and excessive. This was bit of a miss for Kiara.

that jacket was definitely an afterthought.
Bollywood celebs never dress event appropriate. Thigh high slit dresses and super short cut-out minis for movie promotions?? And, then a blazer to cover it up. I saw a press conference video and she looks awkward sitting.
This sequined dress would have worked better for a night club outing or a party.
The jacket would have looked better in a burnished golden or silver tone
She looks great. A blazer the colour of the dress would have looked even better..
Blazers actually bring out the best in mini cutout dresses.. Otherwise, they tend to look like beautiful lingerie.
Finally, she has a good stylist.
With the blazer on it looks good.. nice colors again. The pink suit dress needed this kind of wearing, button down n relaxed

Nope. Without the garish cut outs, a couple of inches longer hemline, similar toned jacket and this would have been a winner. Not quite, as is.
