Katrina grabbed dinner with her sister recently and was seen wearing a silk cami with denim shorts and clear sandals. I didn’t think that top with those shorts and those sandals worked. Just me feeling that way?

Black shorts might have worked better
The whole point of this look is to show off those gams. Whether the cami pairs well with the shorts is irrelevant.

I have never been a fan of these see-through sandals or silk/satin camis but Jesus Christ she’s looking so good! Those legs! I think the look is very Katrina, no-fuss, comfy and she looks effortlessly chic.
The silk cami is perfectly pair with those sandals and dressing up the look. Not going sky high with the heels was a good decision, still keeps the look casual.
This is the first time, after ages, she wowed me.. specially a good one for girl outing.. of course it took some time for me to move my eyes away from her legs and look at the clothes :-/

Completely agree with Payal, though it all looks nice separately, together (the shorts, sandals and the silk cami) it ain’t working.
One of the few people who wears her look, and not the other way. The outfit is not that special, silk cami with denim shorts. Yet, she looks amazing – casual chic, out to lunch with friends, effortless.
Some of it is body language – on Malaika or any of today’s starlets, this would have been tacky.

Its not the best combination agreed but she looks so damn classy even with so much leg show. This is how you wear shorts and yet keep it chic and classy. Lesson for Malaika maybe?
