Even though the shirt looks a lot like sleepwear and the pants could do without the elastic cuffs, together it looks good, and Kareena is looking great here, the colour suits here a lot.

That’s too much. It should have been either the top or those pants. Right now they are competing with each other for attention and seems like her body is dressed for two separate occasions.
