Post her appointment as brand ambassador for L’Oréal Paris, Katrina attended her first major event, the Femina Women Awards that were held tonight in Mumbai.
Given her fellow ambassadors who’ve set the bar quite high when it comes to appearances, expectations were rather high for Ms. Kaif’s and disappoint, she did not.
The red Atsu gown was a good way of making a first impression and even though the hairdo may have felt simple, it worked with the dramatic gown and didn’t veer too far from her safe zone. She looked good.

Really? I think she looks rather boring and dull.. I dislike that color on her.. That material looks tacky and to me the look looks dated.. To me katrina can’t carry off this look or for that matter most looks…so not a fan.

We thought that the look was average at best. While, nobody expected any daring looks at the L’Oreal awards, something fresh would’ve been a welcome site. And that hair, has GOT to change!
Looks like a cheap ballgown. Kat has a great body and can pull off so many types of outfits and her stylist decides to put her in this poofy mess?
Totally agree with you! This gown does not work at all. She’s too pretty to be wearing such poofy, messy gowns.

Some teeny bopper is crying somewhere because auntie took away her prom dress. The houndtooth portion was a saving grace on Deepika’s gown (not counting Kareena because it was a photoshoot), but this dress is way more hideous and that gold is just tacky. With that body, why wear a gown like this!

Katrina’s outfits never speak out her personality. This is a last season Astu dress, similar one worn by Deepika during Ram Leela promotions. Why would you choose something so last season when you have access to the world’s top closets. For once her hair was in the ponytail which was nice rather than the usual open hair.
The only thing that I like here are those studs.. . major room for improvement here.

waist down, its a bit of a disaster. Those creases are awful. Sorry but the stylist and designer should’ve known better, because she is gorgeous waist up!

This is seriously a hideous gown. Kat looks good in clean and sleek lines…and with a banging body like that and all the cash she is wrapping up from this endorsement deal there is no excuse for this sloppy appearance!
