Of Kareena’s recent sightings out and about around town, was there one off-duty look that stood out to you the most? If I had to pick one favorite, my vote would go to the look in white separates that she teamed with silver jewelry and pair of espadrilles; she did good.

They’re all casual comforting, why wear the pink dress it’s all over the floor looks badly fitting
I think she looks good in all of these. She looks cool and comfortable.
The all white look, and the striped shirt-relaxed denim looks are really casual wear done well.
The white separates are nice. I also like the flared jeans, make a lot of sense in Mumbai’s humidity. You don’t want the denims to suffocate your skin.
During the last 5 years of my stay in Mumbai, I permanently switched to wearing cotton pants.
this. i have no idea how — or why — people wear jeans in summer in India.
So this happened a couple of years back. I was in Colaba to meet a friend. Colaba has a street market where vendors of clothes, jewellery and other knick-knacks put up their stalls (so thankful for this, you will soon know why).
I was wearing black skinny jeans and sneakers and sweating like a pig. Finally, I could not take the heat anymore and bought an ugly skirt from one of the stalls. I changed into the dress at the restaurant we were meeting. The dress made me look frumpy and kept slipping below my shoes but God, did it feel good to get some ventilation around my legs.
intersetingly i had an opposite experience in delhi few years back. I was wearing a denim skirt and so many people ogled and passed comments on my legs that despite being terribly hot, i went to a store, purchased a pair of jeans and changed in their trial room because i couldnt take the comments and ogling any more. And this was in connaught place…I was a college student back then- would have handled things differently now…but thats why in many ways i love mumbai more than delhi
I’ve lived 19 years in Bombay and never once faced an inappropriate remark or touching, cat calling or uncomfortable staring, not even in public transport. Haven’t seen it happen to other women either, even if they’re wearing tiny clothes that show skin. But this could be because I live in the Western suburbs where everyone pretty much dresses as they please, regardless of size/figure. So maybe people are used to it and don’t find anything unusual to remark upon/stare at.
the white separates, while best of all the looks are not the best in absolute terms.. The pink maxi is oversized and makes her look way older..
She looks quite good in all the looks. But yes, the white separates stand out the most (saw the video of her wearing it, was cool).
Followed by the striped shirt and the denim on denim. The pink dress is 3-4 sizes big on her; pretty color though.
