Ms. Ranaut was having such a good streak, so good that we just can’t explain this bump in the road. That jacket (or is it a dress) with the opaque tights and the polka dot silver flats made up a look that even she couldn’t salvage.

Honestly, I think she looks pretty but for the shoes. The jacket/dress hybrid does suit her petite frame!
As much as I love Kangana, this outfit is horrid. That blue coat/dress should never have made its way out of the closet.
