Wearing a silk top and tiered maxi skirt from Plakinger, Kangana attended an event today and while she looked great neck up, can’t say I love the gown itself. The fit at the bust was too loose and looked rather odd under the camera flashes.

I wonder how come designers create such gowns lacking in everything.She looks like she is drowned in a cabbage adding to her noodle hair.Wondering what goes in the head of her stylist at times.
