In Fatherland
Kalki attended a movie screening on Friday evening wearing a Fatherland sari with a black blouse and a black clutch. She looked lovely.

So lovely!
Gorgeous beautiful and so elegant
Hmmm why Kalki why?!
A different blouse and proper pleating and this would have been absolutely stunning.
On Kalki these imperfections look beautiful 🙂
No, i don’t agree. The saree drape is totally incorrect and hard to ignore.
Nope. The saree in itself was a poor choice. The hairstyle and makeup ages her another 20 years. She could do with some fun styling. She has the attitude pull off any outfit.
Please stop with these low key ageist comments while trying to sound informed on fashion.
Love her minimalist approach.
She looks lovely, however I wish the saree was pleated properly, it looks all over the place.
So beautiful, looks like jamdani cotton
Beautiful! And somehow messy pleats don’t take anything away from the simplicity of the sari. Love the updo too!
Gorgeous!
A look without coats and boots and what not is in itself a feat these days!!!
This is a really badly-tied sari
Looks good…That kinda good when abcd’s wear sarees – its not perfectly draped but its expected and quirky
Something sees off about this look itself. She looks lovely though. Love a high bun with a saree. Very classy look.
Sorry how exactly does she look “lovely”? Poorly draped, even more mediocre saree, yet it looks lovely? Y’all just need someone to show up in a saree
Would have looked even nicer if she had swapped the black blouse and purse for nude pink or even an off-white. The contrast is an eye sore
Sorry but no. Let’s not be hypocrites just because someone wore a saree.
The draping is awful.. pleats have shifted to the left. She has worn it 3 inches lower than it should be and those closed toes shoes do not work at all.
It looks like a beautiful jamdhani saree and I love Kalki but let’s be objective… this is a disaster.
looks like a school girl styling a saree for the first time without help from her mother.
Love Love Love !!!!!
how I wish more people wearing such sarees.
