These Hindi movie heroines of yesteryears continue to carry themselves with such incredible grace, class and dignity. No skin show, no pallu intentionally exposing the right boob, no drama. Pure talent, simplicity and wholesomeness. Love me some Jayaji, Sharmilaji, Waheedaji. They don’t make them like these anymore.

she looks so lovely in this cheery colour. also, it’s so wrong to compare her to people from a different generation — the context, pulls and pressures are completely different.
Those earrings and ring are out of the world. They look like Burmese rubies too. ONE of these stones went for $5 million USD in auction and was bought by Sheikha Mozah of Qatar. I can only imagine the price of the earrings and the ring and the long diamond necklaces!
I am shocked someone else noticed it too. Thats what caught my eyes as well.
Just the rubies would be worth about around USD 7-10 million. And then there’s the diamonds!
