It’s an high profile event, she can’t be underdressed. And her makeup is perfect.

Bollywood’s sick obsession with white skin is a major cause of similar Indian subcontinent psyche (zenabxanwar rightly showed#dark and lovely).
Her skin is atleast 20 shades lighter. So desperate to look white. As usual OTT dressing and wannabe looking.
Considering it’s an Ambani bash, it’s fair to say she’s not at all ott.. infact anything less, n the hosts might take offence for being casual ( ifuknowwhatimean)

Whilst OTT for someone else’s big day, this is the first time Janhvi looks well polished to me.

The gown is lovely. But it’s just not made for Jahnvi! The hair, make-up, dress – just isn’t sitting right.
This gown would have rocked on red carpet. For me..its overdressed for the occasion…Ambani or not.
Too overdressed…this is a red carpet look not for a private bash where you are not the bride. Others seemed to be dressed appropriately this time…Juhi, Sonam even Kiran in the green brocade suit fared better in terms of keeping it elegant and understated.
