In Punit Balana

Jacqueline celebrated Holi on Tuesday wearing a lehenga by Punit Balana. In theory, I like the idea of having a matching belt bag so that one can be hands free but so far, the ones I have seen seem to be more of a decorative addition versus a practical one.

  1. Itne saare latkans!! This has become a norm, to attach whole bunch of latkans to blouses n lehengas. To me, it always seems like whole chandelier or some wall/roof hanging kind of thing is being carried with an outfit. Not a fan!

  2. Designer lehengas for holi! I miss the times when old jeans and a white tee/ shirt was appropriate festive wear. Our celebs seem to be under too much pressure to make every sighting a photo op.

  3. I like . Festive yet not garish . And one of the few times I’m actually liking a belt bag , it sort of blends in so looking nice

  4. So designers allow a dress costing 10s of thousands or lakhs be ruined by Holi colors?

  5. I really feel sad as they all were wearing lehengas for Holi. That’s not required at all. And these people are weird. On airport or at the time of promoting any movie, the actors try to be ‘girl next door’ (of course for connecting to the people) and then wearing such lehengas on Holi party. It’s all fake we know. But this needs to be stopped somewhere. And they follow each other blindly. If one actor is wearing choli… You would see everyone doing the same, as if a single stylist is styling everyone.
