H&M has arrived in India and on Wednesday, the label threw a launch party at their Delhi store. At the event, Jacqueline was spotted wearing a look from the Balmain For H&M capsule collection that only hits the store come November 5th.
We think she looked really good in the mini. What say you?

She looks good “Waist-up” (to borrow your lingo). But the rest of it is super tacky.
