Huma attended the screening of a web series and Salman’s birthday party this week, first wearing a sequin top with velvet pants and then a sequin jacket with a mini skirt.
Of the two, much preferred her in the blouse and pants although would’ve preferred if she’d tucked in that shirt. As for the skirt look, she lost us at the panty hose.

She is the worst dressed actor in Bollywood right now. None of her looks work. She needs a new stylist stat.

I feel bad for her. Such a beautiful face, and an actor who can actually act. And such bad taste, always. There are tons of silhouettes and cuts that can look great on her. It should not be this difficult.
Genuine question – why are her stockings / panty hose so shiny? Kate Middleton’s never look like that (even though i’m sure she is papped using flash cameras)
Huma’s are so shiny because she is wearing the satin version. On top of that they are sheers, so you only see the sheen on the outlines. Thirdly she is wearing a shade that is several colors lighter than her skin tone giving her the reverse raccoon effect. When you wear sheer pantyhose you always wear either really deep/dark shades like black, brown, navy or smoky gray or if going for a nude – one that matches your skin tone (These days there are several shades of nude).
If you must wear white – wear the opaque ones. (but if done badly can give you the snow white effect or the nurse effect on a short outfit like Huma’s so be very very careful in planning the outfit), or go for white with patterns or woven textures. White with a pattern actually looks very nice.
Kate Middleton dresses more appropriately. She mainly wears pantyhose in the day and long dresses in the evening. I have seen some rare pictures of her in evening outfits in winters with pantyhose. But they were opaque. If she wore satin sheers she would have the same issue with flash.
