Men. Men. Men.

Men also took part at the Mijwan fashion show with Ranbir starting the show and Hrithik finishing it off. One wonders who is to blame for the orange face!

Our favorite was Kunal Kapoor. Don’t miss Rohit Roy and Farhan Akhtar on the ramp.

  1. Hrithik’s orange skin is the most hilarious thing I’ve seen in a long time.

Kunal’s is probably my favorite outfit of the lot, but I pretty much dislike all of them. I hate elaborately fussy/ ornate/ bright clothes on men, I find that effeminate. I love women in embellished/ colorful Indian clothes, but for men, I prefer that they stick to classic suits and tuxedos (or plain black/ white/ chocolate kurtas with pocket squares adding a dash of solid color).

However, I have to make an exception for Farhan. He’s just so damn adorable, I”l take him in any outfit (or even no outfit) 😉

  2. Nice. All of them. Some more than others, but there’s othig I hate.

And no, there’s no need for men to stick to only classic suits and tuxedos, or compromise on India wear to suit modern Western classifications and boxed in ideas on “masculinity” and “femininity.”

  3. Hrithik has always used bronzer/self-tanner and clearly went overboard for the cameras…his ‘orangeness’ is his own fault really. Ridiculous.

  4. Oh Ranbir, let me count the ways in which I think thee are hot—ABS, FACE, BODY, SEX APPEAL. I don’t really like any of the outfits that the men are sporting but Ranbir wins, hands down, for me.

  5. I second the Oompa Loompa sentiments.

These outfits are surprisingly subtle for male Indian wear – I’ve seen way too many electric pink kurtas in my life, and none of them were worn by women. I love the pop of red embroidery in Kunal and Ranbir’s outfits, but sandals? Ew.

  6. Looking purely at the clothes
    1) Ranbir – Cute !
    2) Hrithik – despite the orange face !! How did he get that orange!
    3) Tushar – its the best he has looked despite the hitler pants.
    4) Kunal Kapoor – Its unbuttoned and the red on 1 side is avg.
    5) Ranvir Singh – The red top is too long for him.
    6) Pratik Babbar – Given his small frame, he cant pull those pants off.

  7. the men look handsome, but thats despite their clothes. hritik’s white sherwani looks more like a military style winter jacket. farhan’s red panst are ridiculous. and the red sherwani makes ranbir look like a waiter in a chinese restaurant.

  8. It takes some special talent to make Hrithik look weird! The clothes are overly designed. While I wouldn’t say men should just stick to Tux’s at the same time I do think Indian wear doesn’t need to be over-embelished to look good.

  9. These clothes are horrible, I believe Manish is trying to camouflage the lack of his talent by utilisng Bollywood to walk the ramp for him. truly run of the mill stuff!!
