You have to be kidding. She was the best dressed of the evening. She stuck to the memo, Sparkly but fun party wear. Accessories and make up were perfect. Best she has looked in a while as well.

I’m assuming the same way we all do. If you are trying to say the dress is too short to sit in, I disagree. I think she’s looking fab and I think that for a change, her make-up also looks great.
If you are asking this question only in 2022, you have been living under a rock for last 20 years at aleast.
She looks glamorous. Just the right amount of sparkle without being in your face.
Her makeup is actually better than the bronzey kind she usually prefers. Also like the dress as compared to the outfits worn by rest of the guests. Usually sequin/bling dresses are very skimpy with bodycon fit but this one is relaxed and have a bit of casual vibe to it.

The dress is nice but something always goes wrong with her make-up and accessorizing. Not digging this look. I’ve kinda’given up on her. And I know I’d be in the minority here.

I doubt paparazzi pics are photoshopped, plus her legs looked exactly like this in video from the event too.
I am not sure this is photoshopped or not…just want to say there are video filters as well that is used by entertainment industry. So, what we see whether in photos or videos may not reflect the reality.

Can any makeup experts explain why often times celebrities have this white powder/shadow under their eyes?
Many under eye concealers contain light-reflective pigments that brighten and reduce the look of dark circles, lines and wrinkles. These look great in natural daylight, but turn bright white under harsh flash photography. These glowing white half-moons look worse than the dark circles they’re covering.

So used to seeing her in black that this looks too blingy & loud on her . A sheath dress or even a nice tailored suit would have worked here .
