In Sabyasachi

The cast of Suraj Pe Mangal Bhaari had a special screening for their movie where Fatima was seen in a printed Sabyasachi sari.

Hair worn in a middle parted bun, hoops finished out her look. The belted drape, here, looked a bit sloppy. Would’ve preferred if she’d worn the pallu down. But, that’s just me. You like?

  1. I have a sincere objection to using black to offset pastel schemes. The black on the border is already bringing down the brightness of the saree – the blouse just amplifies that. Would have loved to see the border/blouse contrast colour in something else – at the very least a cream or gold, but any one of the colours in the design would have been lovely.

    Also agree on the drape.

    But she looks nice nonetheless.

  2. She is a stunning lady, but I just don’t get that sari. I don’t think it does justice to her, and is in no way “designer”, despite being a Sabyasachi (which is now getting to be little style over substance)

  3. This Sabya hairstyle and probably the way she has done her eyebrows makes her face look harsher than it is. Dont like the pairing of black and floral
