Barring the color, Dia’s black dress look reminded us a lot of her appearance from the Teacher’s Achievement Awards. She also wore a turtleneck dress with a statement necklace at the previous event but of the two though, I much preferred the silk dress. The shorter necklace made the look standout more even though the slit-sleeves was a turn off. On the black dress, the gold necklace felt quite out of place.

Which look do you prefer?

  3. The black dress is nice on her.Sshe looks lovely. On anyone else it would’ve been such an eye sore. The silk dress is so badly tailored. Can’t imagine Dia opting for it. :-/

  4. Yikes! Payal – Can’t believe that you liked this hot blue mess. Dislike everything about it – the shiny texture, the batwing sleeves, her hair. The only saving grace is the lovely color.

  7. It looks like a tacky satin dress and the odd length and bad fit ! All a mess. Black is any day better. Plus I cannot see the lovely necklace on the blue one!

  8. I feel like I’ve acutely ODD on Dia Mirza and Ashwarya Rai. I need to see more of the likes of Preity Zinta, Kareena, Lara Dutta etc. Please give us a break from the two for a while. it would actually be of great service to their own image if you kinow what I mean 🙂
