Dia made a virtual appearance on Kareena’s show recently wearing a Verb By Pallavi Singhee maxi and then in a cheery yellow Anavila sari for Diwali pre-celebrations.
It was instant love for the sari. The patchwork maxi, not so much.

OMG! That sari is so beautiful! What a stunner.
On a closer look.. the saree is beautiful, on first sight I really liked to maxi.
Diya looks absolutely lovely here, love the yellow on her!

Why does fia always dress sooo boring? Where’s the edgy or oomf factor?
“Oomph”. And she doesn’t need to.
Why should something be edgy? When everyone is “edgy” then her being classic is actually standing out by being different!
She is perfection in that saree.
She always manages to look nice, clean and takes simplicity to next level
Such a pricey saree at the $265 tag for a linen zaree (yes I actually checked!)
Its a pretty saree but I feel that designer price is just insanely high. Line zaris usualy are sold within the $50 proce point. I do hope that some of these brands that sound earthy like Anavila/ Raw mango do oodles of good to weavers and actual artisans vs just being a pricey brand that earned designer status.
I’m sure you’ll find a similar good one at fab India or the numerous nalli like brands.. prices being within 10,000?
