In Anita Dongre
Recent round of promotions had Dia wearing an Anita Dongre dress. Keeping things simple, she rounded out the look with understated drop earrings and pair of metallic thong sandals. She looked nice.

What a breather… Perfect summer dress
Dress is nothing novel. But Dia makes it work – as always!
gosh, Dia’s like a palate-cleanser after the KJo party overdose.
In a sea of blinding glittery, ill fitted dresses this is a breath of fresh air. Thanks Dia!
“Nice? Nice? Mittens are nice”…. she looks gorgeous.
on point as always!
Love Dia’s style. She usually goes with classy and timeless choices, designer or not. This one’s so beautiful. Reminds me of gauzy linen frocks most of us wore growing up.
This blog’s general audience is so predictable and knows little about fashion. This is boring at best. And no, by that I don’t mean you need to show skin to be interesting, but THIS isn’t interesting either.
And yet the most boring, safe outfits get a standing ovation from this crowd for being “dignified”and “classy”. What about creativity? What about fun?
Imagine reinventing the wheel everyday, that would also be boring would it not.. ? Classic is hardly boring….you seem to know nothing about fashion yourself.
There are some holy cows on this blog (for PnP and some of the audience) that you cannot dare to criticize. So even if they look dull, drab, boring or outrageous (in NatP’s and Malaika’s cases) you have to praise them. That’s the way this blog operates. Sad but true.
That’s not what I meant.
Bozo… I agree with you. I also noticed that the comments get more positive if it’s some simple chikankari dress or something that just covers up yet boring. And nastier if some skin involved.
This is a very patronising comment. Everybody has their own understanding of fashion, and the right to express their view on it. In my book, fashion doesn’t have to be bold or disruptive or interesting in a forced way. If someone looks lovely, sensible and relatable wearing something simple and not avant-garde, like Dia in this case, then that is fashionable enough. Not everyone has to be experimental or in-your-face.
Her style appeals to a larger majority of people who follow this blog. It need not always be fun or creative ( I mean sometimes comfort and easy on the eye is a great look too)
Classy and Radiant as ever!
i mostly like Dia’s style and i am unashamedly a prude but this dress is matronly
How else is someone suppose to dress on a daily basis ? Why call it boring , matronly or anything else when she’s dressed age appropriate, comfortably in the summer heat and just being herself .
Dia looks great but there is something off with the length of the outfit – she looks very stout in it
