this is a Cannes outfit and she looks absolutely beautiful!
contrast this with the ill-fitting ivory and silver outfit that Sonam wore. Dia’s look with the same ivory/silver combo is much more deserving of a Cannes appearance.
Agree with the commentators above. Dia and Neha Dhupia should be invited to Cannes and we’ll be seeing jaw dropping outfits from them. Sadly we have one who feels she attending costume parties while another channelling her inner politician.

Second everyone,s comments! Cannes is about films and this look represents India beautifully, it’s not the place to show off “looks”, just appear silly, not polished, specially the whole nose ring thing!!
