In Their Comfort Zone (Sorta)

Sticking to their comfort zone (in terms of designer choice and aesthetic) were Urmila and Dia. Urmila predictably chose a black Manish Malhotra anarkali and Dia stuck to her keep-it-simple mantra wearing a white suit with drop earrings and slingbacks. Prefer one over the other?

  1. Love Dia. Classy. Love that she pulled back her hair (it is so simple to do and yet to uncommon among the ppl who appear on this blog).
Urmila’s look looks heavy. With the velvet, heavy fabric, big coloured hair etc..

  2. Dia is a vision in white. Love her dress. Why is this her comfort zone, she tries every kind of outfit, and rocks in most of them.

Urmila’s dress is too busy, although she looks nice.

  3. Is that really an anarkali on Urmila? Looks more like a lehenga set….more detail would be welcome but looks uncomfortably tight in the chest area. Also looks strangely like the red top is tucked into a black lehenga though it probably has a red and black choli. The dupatta with the tassels added to the above is just too much detail. Also is that lehenga velvet? If yes, must have been pretty heavy.
Dia is sticking to a safe zone but looks stunning….flawless makeup, simple outfit, maybe a little too demure esp for a movie star, but carries it off beautifully

  4. I am in love with any simple white salwar kameez The one on Dia is beautiful. love the hair. The shoes, not so much. Would have loved if she had worn silver kolhapuris
