While at a press meet ahead of World Environment Day, Dia was photographed in a summery printed dress. Keeping things simple, she rounded out the look with a multi-strand necklace and pair of thong sandals. Wish she had paired the dress with kolhapuris instead of those sandals but it’s just a matter or personal taste (and a minor gripe at that)! Ms. Mirza looked nice.

Lovely as she looks, it reminds me of my maternity wear..I am still postpartum and this is something I would wear in a heartbeat, and it looks nursing friendly too! A win-win, comfort plus functional!
While it is a pretty and cool print, It looks less like a dress and more like a wrap kurta (the placement of the ties) worn without the bottom.
Is that a dress? I thought it’s a kurta (angrakha) and she forgot the trousers/bottoms/leggings. A nice, refreshing summer color though

It does come across as a maternity wear. She could have added a neck scarf and large earrings to elevate the look and heeled slip ons.

Dia Mirza is such a beautiful woman with her petite frame and delicate features. I so wish she would step out of her comfort zone. She needs very little to up her game- it’s all there; all it lacks is novelty and “bohemia”!
