  1. Oh gross. It’s like someone just threw up glitter and gold.
And that hair does not suit the collection. I understand Manish might’ve been going for a quirky look and all. But this was not the time or place.

  2. I fail to understand how a designer can keep repeating the same pattern with different colours for different seasons? The mutli-layered border is so old by now. Or is this just another fashion show from the same season? I assumed the desginers would have to create new looks and outfits for every show.

  4. well first and foremost, the ANARKALI is here to stay?? OH NO!!
secondly i am sure it takes great talent to produce what Manish Malhotra does but it just doesn’t speak to my sensiblity at all. I feel like it’s so much the same with him since the beginning of 2000… i am beginning to realise that’s whats called a signature look lol.
    well not a fan.

  5. his clothes are beautiful/especially the fabric and zari work, but these clothes are only good to wear to “the big fat indian wedding” hey are not versatile. love the men’s collection – so chic. I would call it K3G collection, they all look good for a Karan Johar movie.

But she looks like a high fashion model here. she should do that serious diva face more, lol whatever that meant. love the hair on her n the dresses well its all same ole manish.

  7. I like the color combo’s mainly 3.5 the pale green & red and then 3.4 peach with blue. But too glittery, good for heavy weddings.
Is it a bridal couture ?

  8. I have always thought that Manish Malhotra is more of a tailor than a designer, who gets by just on the support of his famous friends. Seriously, people pay crazy prices for these clothes?? I don’t see one thing new, fresh, creative, elegant, ANYTHING about these clothes! This is couture? When a list of all the famous couturiers in the world is being drawn up. Manish Malhotra’s name will figure next to McQueen, YSL, Elie Saab, Sabyasachi, Manish Arora??

  9. This medusa hair is completely unnecessary. There is already waaay to much going on with the ‘look’!! As for these ‘creations’ they are more like last decade’s surplus.

On an aside, can I just say how distracting the adverts below the photos are! Whenever I try to close them I end up opening them! Needless to say its very frustrating and makes for a very unpleasant browsing experience. I do understand you want some revenue out of this enterprise, perhaps if you could place the advert below the photo rather than on it.. it would be a big help! cheers.

  11. The clothes are pretty but im so bored of those borders. Also dont think this mad hair works just for the sake of doing couture. Sonam sort of carries it off but im not loving it!

  12. I’m sorry to say this but Sabyasachi is not couturier. He has great clothes but they all look the same. You can’t spot the difference between to different Sabya pieces. Manish does some intricate work. The fit of his clothing is to die for. You may not want to hear this but his clothes do stand out. A Manish Malhotra garment isn’t something you find on the racks. That’s why you pay so much for it.
