Deepika’s fifth outing at Cannes was in an orange Ashi Studio gown paired with turquoise earrings. She checked all the boxes in this classic old-world glamour look. Absolutely loved it! For all of our sakes, I hope this is her last official outing at the festival because, I for one, wouldn’t want something sub-par after her having given us this outing!

What a weird thing to say. I think the one thing she’s done this year is up her last appearance. This has been a breath of fresh air and I got one am quite excited for the next look if there is one. Her last two looks have been 10’s across the board.

I wanted to add that while this Cannes season has been the most prolific in Indian actor representation, I’m surprised how it evolved from lackluster looks in the beginning to knocking it out of the park as it comes to a close. The first few Cannes looks almost look comical in retrospect!

Last maybe, but not the least. There is no topping this look so I am also glad that this is her last Cannes outing. The color is just so delish against her skin tone and the turquoise of the vintage earrings offsets it so well. Make up is spot on down to the nails.

The hair and make up is pretty much Deepika from cocktail days which I love. This is a fun bright look and right up her alley. Thankfully the make up is not making her look tired. Love this look and hopefully whatever follows now is on par 🙂
