We loved her last appearance in the gorgeous yellow gown but can’t say the same about this appearance at all. The dress was young fun and flirty and could have been played up with the right accessories but those silver shoes were quite a killjoy. You like?

Hey if Barack can have his own dress, by way of print of course, why should Mr. Singh be left behind. Not that either dignitaries pow-pow’ed with the designers but they would be rather flattered don’t you think by the end result?
Besides, we love us a bit of kitsch served up the parliamentarian way. All those in favor, say ‘Aye’.

Changing It Up

After a string of Cavallis, Dolces and what have you, this sure is a change.

It’s not everyday that we see Ms. Kapoor dressed down (relatively in this case anyway), so to see her don a kurta paired with denims was refreshing. If we changed anything, it’d be the shoes but got to say, the kurta looks great on her.

Here we are trying to get Ms. Dutta to stop wearing those itsy-glitzy blouses but looks like all our efforts are failing. As for Ms. Reddy, the sari wasn’t so bad but that silver blouse: ghastly. A pink blouse (in a non-shiny material) and we’d be singing a different tune. Except, right now, all I’ve got in my head is Manfred Mann’s “Blinded By The Light..!”
