While at a Diwali party last evening, Sara was photographed in a cheery yellow bandhani sari by Manish Malhotra. Matching accessories that included pink potli and jootis rounded out her look. I wish she hadn’t skipped on wearing earrings because despite the glass bangles, the look felt a touch bare. But the fact that she chose a non-fussy but just as festive a sari to wear sure earned her back some of those points! She looked lovely.

Aditi picked a Reem Acra gown for her appearance at AsiaSpa Awards. Though styled well, the dress left much to be desired. The colors just didn’t photograph well. And between the stark black overlay on that nude-ish color and the flowers, the gown itself looked so dated. This was a miss!

Bipasha attended two Diwali parties recently, first wearing a red suit from Pallavi Jaipur and then an icy blue Gopi Vaid lehenga. Between the two, much preferred the lehenga and I would’ve liked it even better if she had sported the hairdo from the red one.

Wearing a chikankari lehenga from Faabiiana featuring a bandhani dupatta, Rakul attended a Diwali party on Wednesday evening. Love the skirt and dupatta, but that bustier top is just not my cup of tea and was a deal breaker.
