One can always count on Shilpa to make a Tarun Tahiliani sari work and this was no exception. Diamond and sapphire jewelry from Bharany’s and a monogramed Judith Leiber clutch rounded out the actor’s look.
The icy-hued sari made for a nice change of pace. I only wish Shilpa had ditched that brown-toned lipstick for a more dewy, softer pink lip.

To no one’s surprise, Shweta picked an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga to wear. Smokey eyes, diamond jewelry and a matching potli rounded out her look. Wish the bustier wasn’t quite as shine-y and fitted better… Would’ve greatly elevated the look.
As is though, while it might be a lot to take in, the statuesque Ms. Bachchan made it work for her.
