For the screening of her Netflix feature, Freida picked an Anita Dongre sari to wear. A updo and traditional gold-toned jewelry rounded out her look.

The fact that she chose to wear a sari to the event definitely earned her points from us. But the choice of jewelry was overkill. Had she skipped the necklace, the look would’ve been far more effective!

As she was exiting the airport, Kangana was photographed in a custom woven sari by Madhurya. With matching ribbons in her braided hair, she rounded out her look with a bag and pair of striking orange heels, both from Miu Miu.

Love how effortlessly she wears her saris, and for that she’ll always get props. But someone please explain those schoolgirl ribbons to us, really. She might have been going for ‘playful’ but it came off as costume-y/gimmicky.

At a recently held press meet, Kareena was photographed in a Theia Couture dress. Cocktail rings and Christian Louboutin sandals were among her accessories of choice for the event.

The heavy-handed bronzer was definitely an issue but not as much as the choice of dress. The black slinky number with its train definitely stood out at the event, and not in a good way. The look was a bit much for the event in question; should’ve stuck to sharp separates or a classic cocktail dress.
