It’s hardly a surprise to see Dia Mirza in a French Connection dress but it was a surprise to see her in one at the launch of another clothing store. Odd that, Ecko Unlimited couldn’t get her to dress up in their label. If we were the VP of Marketing, we’d never allow it.

What’s your verdict on it? Should Dia have worn Ecko? Lara and Kareena stuck to the code by wearing Zara to the store launches.

Didn’t quite like this Tarun Tahiliani Spring 2009 sari when we first spotted it on Shilpa and, can’t say we like it any better now. However, disregarding the tasseled sari itself, do prefer Lara’s look.

Barring the partially-hidden necklace (that could’ve been omitted altogether), quite liking Shweta’s look at the Help screening in this French Connection dress. If we could also change another thing, we’d have picked matte silver or grey pumps over the shiny ones one her.

Ms. Chopra was spotted in Delhi yesterday in a strapless Alberta Ferretti dress, spotted in a gown version on Italian actress Alessia Piovon last year. Having seen the gown and the thigh-high slit, you can’t blame us for liking the dress version a little less. Either way, this look is much too reminiscent of the Philosophy by Alberta Ferretti look she sported couple of years ago at the Love Story 2050 promotional events.

Wearing Her Own Design

At a recent do hosted by Nandina Bhalla and Sunil Shetty, young designer Ritika (of Gaurav & Ritika) was spotted wearing a creation from the duo’s Spring 2010 collection. Something about the colors is making me crave a lime-flavored shaved ice. 😛

The young duo had extremely fun designs in that collection, one of which is their puzzle pattern seen also on Gayatri Reddy (owner of Deccan Chargers) during one of the IPL Nights held earlier in the year. Love this dress!
