First it was Genelia in the Nishka Lulla and now it’s Sonakshi in this Monisha Jaising maxi. Another appearance where the hair is just driving me crazzzzzy.

The maxi is cute but the hair just overwhelms. A pulled-back pony (which Sonakshi sports often) would’ve looked so beachy-chic with this maxi.

The pink paintbrush-stroke Nishka Lulla dress is so very Genelia and I like the dress on her. But that’s about it. The hair seems too crazy for the dress and I love gladiators and I love cork wedges but this spidery gladiators + summer cork wedge evokes a four-letter emotion from me starting with H!

The India International Jewellery Week concluded yesterday but Gitanjali held a big fashion show today at the same venue called Bollywood Nights. On the ramp were Neha Dhupia ( who walked in a creation from Shyamal & Bhumika’s new bridal collection) and Bipasha(in a creation by Vikram Phadnis).

Although am gravitating towards Neha’s look more the short length of her lehenga is throwing me off. Who do you prefer?

Good friends Queenie and Tanisha were spotted wearing the same DvF gold dress at two different events. While Queenie extended the gold look with more gold accessories, Tanisha went for red jewellery. Wish we had full-length pics for a faceoff between these two socialites.

Having seen Ms. Kataria Puri wear her sari so well and glamorously at the Italian Day Celebrations, our expectations are that on the runway it should only get better. No such luck!

In an overzealous attempt to showcase the jewelry, the styling ended up being way too severe. Any second now she might just tuck that pallu into her waist and head to the kitchen. Or pull on her glasses and head to the classroom. Yes, sequin sari, jewelry et al.
