Many stuck to black but red was also a popular color on day two of HDIL Couture week with Shweta Bachchan, Tanya Dubash and Sonali Bendre sporting it in various dress versions.

Considering many disappointed on day two, quite liked these ladies for sporting a color other than black and a shade that flattered. Of course, we wish Sonali would just ditch those bib necklaces. Enough already! The lady is obsessed with them! Of the three, Shweta was a favorite in the red Michael Kors. She looked fab!

P.S. Tanya is Adi and Parmeshwar Godrej’s daughter and a businesswoman.

The color and the dress work great on Surily, just wish she had dialed up the playfulness of the dress… The hair is such a downer.

We’ve said this before, we’ll say it again… Sky=Real Housewives Of Orange County

Sure, the Sky dress that we spotted on Preity isn’t nearly as ghastly as some of the other stuff we’ve seen out there… But, stiiiiill. As far as “Sky” goes, we are scarred for life. :p

I loved the Ikat dresses that were shown on Gucci Spring 2010 runway and am glad we’ve had a sighting outside of a magazine.

Love that dress. And this is going to sound nitpicky, but I do wish Ms. Birla had worn the straps up. It just looks so sloppy otherwise.
