In Sabyasachi

The simple streak continues for Aishwarya who wore a beige Sabyasachi sari contrasting it with a green blouse. While, I don’t like the contrast blouse, it was still a much better look than Deepika’s bright red.

In Neeta Lulla

Her character may look dull in the movie but Ms. Padukone was anything but at the premiere. The actress went all out in a bright red Neeta Lulla sari. Apart from the fact that the all red look is just too bright for my taste, my other pet peeve about this look is the short pallu.

In Gaurav Gupta

It was a Gaurav Gupta sari for Priyanka who just recently returned from Berlin where she was shooting for Don 2. Soooo glad that instead of going for the regular fare (we all know what that is), she opted for this beige/gold design and kept it simple.

I only wish she hadn’t done the side-swept hair. But, a big yay! for the change!

In Alexander McQueen

While Kangna paired her McQueen tee with a cropped metallic jacket, Anu paired hers with a cropped cardigan. Both ladies wore their tees with dark denims and black pumps. Whose look do you prefer?

In Shahab Durazi

At the recent Hello! Hall of Fame Awards, Kamal had worn a Shahab Durazi couture gown… While the gown would’ve worked in a high-drama editorial, Kamal just looked like a waylaid christmas present.

Pulled back hair and zero jewelry would’ve made a (big) difference but between the color, the huge bow, the beaded bodice and the fringe thrown in for good measure, we doubt it would’ve worked in any case.

P.S: See a version of this gown on Aishwarya here and, on Lara Dutta here.
