Found/Off The Runway

In Dior

28

Kangna made an appearance at the Dior store opening in Mumbai in a baby pink Resort 2011 Dior dress and a Lady Dior bag. The dress is so lovely but the look on Kangna falls flat and the culprit are those sandals. Not the best choice for the crochet dress. Nude pink pumps would’ve been a better choice.

In Ranna Gill

A recent launch saw Ms. Singh in a Ranna Gill dress which she paired with some peep-toe pumps… Love the color on her. Sure, we’d have preferred a pulled-back do, but have got to say, she looked goood!

In Sabyasachi

Another day, another Sabyasachi. But, do we love? Not quite. The check pattern with the traditional work isn’t quite our thing. Do you like?

Sari aside, Rani looks lovely as usual.

On an aside, it’s funny to see Rani in this sari because just this week Priyanka and I joked around how much it felt like an Asmita Marwah sari (she loves plaid/checks) and Sabyasachi design had a baby and this sari was born. We kid, of course.

Fresh Off The Runway

She walked the runway for Manish Malhotra, so it only seems obvious that Aishwarya would be the first to sport a couture piece from the designer’s recent collection. And, it wasn’t just one Manish Malhotra for her at Zee TV’s Action Replay Diwali show. She was spotted wearing a more toned down (and we mean relatively) blue anarkali, also by the designer.

The lehenga wasn’t so bad until you reach the hemline. The tiered effect with the purple and the velvet look anything but rich. Which look do you prefer?

Cover Wars

21

It was a red Versace again for the lone lady (Priyanka) on GQ India’s Men Of The Year edition. Got a preference? We sure do! Don’t know what we hate more: Priyanka’s silly pose (and bad styling) or the fact that Aamir looks like they just morphed a Ghajini pic of his on someone else.

P.S. Since we couldn’t find a big pic of the full cover, had to juxtapose from two different images. Catch the smaller pic inside for the actual cover.
