In Nauman Piyarji

A recent awards evening had Rhea in attendance wearing a Nauman Piyarji suit. It’s a tricky silhouette but Rhea made it work for her. I picture this suit in black or white and can’t help but think that would’ve been so much more impactful. I might be in the minority here but the purple just looks a tad gimmicky. I know, I know… Nitpicking.

In Absence Of Colour

It was an Absence Of Colour suit (one that she teamed with a Hunkemöller bralette) for Kirti while at a recent awards event. Her accessories for the evening included jewelry from Anmol and Kaj Fine Jewellery and, Christian Louboutin pumps.

The suit has bit of a Mugler vibe, and I like that. It was an interesting choice and Kirti made it work. I just wish she had picked anything but that brown-toned lip color to wear; it really dulled the look. Red might have been too predictable and campy but a deep oxblood would’ve played off the neutral palette nicely.

In Twos

Monica picked a multi-color printed mini for her appearance at the recently held Nightlife Awards in Mumbai. Wearing her hair down, she rounded out the look with thigh-high boots. At the Vogue Beauty Awards, she was photographed in a sparkly Ambika Lal number. With her hair in a top knot, she rounded out the look with black booties and a gold-toned choker by Studio Metallurgy.

In Twos

At a recent screening, Kubbra was photographed in separates by Shaheen Mannan. Her accessories for the occasion included Forever 21 sandals. And for her appearance at the Vogue Beauty Awards, she picked a Not So Serious dress to wear. Christian Louboutin pumps complemented the gown well.

Would’ve loved to see her change up the hair and make-up a touch between two back-to-back appearances but that didn’t take away from the fact that she wore both outfits well.

In Versace

Wearing Versace, Priyanka promoted her movie while on the sets of a television show. Strong lip-color and pair of Christian Louboutin pumps rounded out the actor’s look. Though am on the fence over that color on/for her, there’s no denying she worked every bit of that look; Priyanka looked good.
