In Shehla Khan

Comment image 14

Bhumi attended a wedding wearing a custom lehenga from Shehla featuring a lace choli, Bridgerton-inspired, which in itself follows the Regency era ((1811 – 1820). Am I the only who dislikes that choli design? The neckline and puff sleeves were nice but that very visible underwire under layer was not my cup of tea.

Like what you see?

  1. Shehla lehengas have been consistently unappealing and unflattering as we recently even saw the yellow one on Sonam. This lehenga continues the bad streak, plus utterly abhor the awful choli design (it looks like the choli pads are popping out, but thats totally is in sync with Ms Phednekars style ). I didnt like the mosquito net material either. Absolute thumbsdown.

  2. You’re not the only one – it would be rather weird for someone to like that blouse. It looks like a tacky craft project by a school student.

  3. That bouse looks so uncomfortable. I think she should go back to wearing more comfortable outfits. On a more positive note, The colour of the lehenga is lovely.

  4. The colours and fabric are rather lovely but that’s about it.
Having your whole tummy out for a wedding is highly inappropriate and the design is baaad.
