Movie promotions had Bhumi opting for an Amit Aggarwal dress for one event, and a set of separates for another. Can’t say we were particularly blown away by either look. We love ourselves an Amit Aggarwal sighting but this dress didn’t quite work on Bhumi. Maybe it’s the updo combined with the dress and matching red sandals, it just seemed pageant-y and dated! As for the separates, as much as I am drawn to the retro’ish color palette, the proportions let the actor down. This was bit of a miss!

I think she looks absolutely lovely in the separates – the best I have seen her looking in a long time! Everything is to the point (the colours, the proportions, the make-up and her smile), except perhaps the footwear.
That red is practically hurting my eyes – and I love dresses in red usually! Not flattering in any way. Bhumi’s smile is the only good thing in that picture.
I do like the second outfit, even though those aren’t colors I would combine – somehow it all seems to come together here. Plus she looks so comfortable and not like she is trying too hard!
I will take it as it is no bustier pattern
The skirt suit needed a longer frame but will take it any day over that red gown.
I loved the maroon shift!
Both looks are bad. The red look is a disaster and what is that magenta skirt made of ??
On the plus side, she seems to have taken on board the many suggestions for her to smile.
If you were to look at the Amit Agarwal on his insta, it’s clear that this wasn’t designed for Bhumi’s (and most) body types. I wonder if our women really have too much choice given, whatever your body type, everyone is generally wearing very similar stuff? Wonder if the stylists have some responsibility here.

She’s got a winning smile n thats the only saving grace.
Oh heeelll nooo! Bhumi girl, the simpler the silhouette, the better off you are! something sleek n simple would look soo good on her
Bhumi and Taapse both have a little bit of a weird taste in fashion. Both phenomenal actresses, but poor sartorial choices.
