Featuring upcoming models on their September issue was Marie Claire with Anjum wearing Vivienne Westwood, Ninja wearing Costume National, and Tara in Calvin Klein separates.

Love that we are seeing new faces! This cover comes as such a surprise and makes for a refreshing change. The fuss-free minimalist slant is an absolute hit. And the nod to sixties, instantly won us over. Twiggy, Edie, Japanese minimalism… It just reminds us of a different time!

P.S. The styling (the top bun) has us reminiscing for more than just a different era! Remember Sabyasachi’s LFW Resort/Summer edition? 🙂

At the screening of the movie ‘The Girl In The Yellow Boots‘, both ladies kept it fairly low-key, pairing their tees and denims with cropped jackets.

In the spirit of her movie, Kalki stuck to her character and hence, the yellow boots. But it was Shazahn who shone for us (between the two); she had us at that hot pink jacket! 😉

Both ladies looked great at their events and we are hard-pressed to pick a favorite. Sophie rarely ever gets it wrong and at this latest event too, we thought she looked pretty darn nice. As for Shriya, considering the looks she usually gives us, this was quite the change. The actress looked pretty great too at her event we think.
