Anushka wore a white sari to the Baahubali 2 pre-release function and while I loved that she opted for one and draped it differently, can’t say I liked the sari itself. I also wasn’t a fan of the blouse and the exposed zipper.

The drape is off, but I like the saree and the blouse on Anushka.
I thought it was a lehenga kinda thing at first, but nevertheless, she looks cute.

why don’t designers get something as basic as zippers right? it’s like your neighbourhood darzi saying iss rang me nahin milega, and tacking on something as gross as this white on red. whatever brownie points she scored by draping the saree differently — and carrying it off confidently — she has lost on account of that zipper. it becomes another element to the look quite unnecessarily.
Not at all flattering. As lovely as she looks neck up, the whole saree outfit is a mess.
the sari would have looked nice if it was worn normal way, normal short blouse with sleeves atleast 2 inches shorter with straight/plaited hair

That sari drape is so unflattering on her. The blouse/zipper adds to the tackiness.
Proud of you Prabhas, Ramya Krishna and Anushka. I get goosebumps watching you in Bahubali. Proud of SS Rajamouli and the technicians for taking Telugu film industry to Hollywood range. The costumes and the dressing in the movie is outstanding and world class.
Wow Baahubali is a rage! I’ve been waiting for this movie so much. Anushka looked like an angel at this event, yeah the blouse is a bad choice.
