To me Pero is a confection of twee and whimsy stuck in the mori girl era. Still in an era of scratch my head terrible fashion, I guess it has stayed true to its brand and delivers on its premise.
This is great observation. They yellow didnt work for me on her, at that occasion cause I think the persona does not fit anupama or the occasion. Also wish the inner layer was white so the coat could be the bright focus.
