A Shoe Story

Mr. Kapoor, who seems to be getting younger by the day, was looking quitedapper at the T Subbarami Reddy Awards.

The feeling though quickly passes as soon as our eyes reached the footwear. The casual lace-ups seemed quite out of place.

  1. I heard over the local radio few days ago that Amir Khan was voted as ” Mr. Evergreen” taking after Dev Anand. I would have thought if any one deserved that title after Dev Saab was none other than Anil Kapoor.

  2. Hahaha… I was recently at a wedding in the US and pretty much everyone was in nice dapper suits with casual shoes… At first we were taken aback too but then thought this must be a new trend that hasn’t yet reached Australians/Indians… Mr. Kapoor is obviously a step ahead thanks to his new Hollywood connections may be… Lol..
But new trend or not, I’m not at all a fan of this look. Period.

  3. He needs to stop pretending to be younger. leave the sneakers with formals to Justin bieber and Jonas Bros….. they can carry it off….. the had hair and beard dont help. Grow up. he should try the look he sported way back in Lamhe….. he has never looked as good…. since then

  4. So now a man with 2 grown up daughters has to ‘dress his age’? What do people expect him to wear orthopedic shoes?

Justin Timberlake wears this same combo and is considered a fashion guru, and when an Indian actor does that he is slammed for being too casual?

Maybe his daughters did pick his shoes, and I give them credit for it, cuz it does look good
