Father and son duo, Anil and Harshvardhan Kapoor were spotted at the latter’s debut movie, Mirzya’s , audio launch. While both wore suits from Zegna; Senior Kapoor paired his with a Dolce&Gabbana shirt and Dior shoes. Junior on the other hand, opted for a fusion look, wearing a Raghavendra Rathore kurta with Zara shoes.
Even though I liked the fusion concept, I felt Harsh’s look was lackluster, maybe the shoes were to blame? Anil has my vote here.

Harsh’s suit is too meh….I guess he was going for edgy, but his personality seems more apt for classic fits. Even a jeans and kurta would have been better.
Anil…well that’s one amazingly well-fitting suit. Too bad he didn’t give any sartorial advice to Kapoor Jr.

Hehe. Strangely, its the opposite in South movies. Only Star sons usually debut in movies. Rare exceptions are star daughters like Shruti Haasan. But then it would be a shame if a legendary actor like Kamal ji’s legacy is not taken forward by his wards. And also that the whole family has the legacy of national award winning background.;)

Ha! Sarcasm doesnt fly (least for me) because there are star kids who are actually great performers. Probably you arent aware( of them or the different movie industries) . Lol. There are quite a number of star kids who are good actors. Like Sivaji Ganesan jis son – Prabu, Sivakumars son – Surya, Mamooty’s son – Dulquer, Sukumaran ji’s son – Prithviraj, Nageshwara Rao ji’s son – Nagarjun and SO many more.

I have been noticing, you seem to have a good knowledge on many actors in several movie industries. For many folks, Bollywood is the beginning and the end. You really can’t blame them, they have been tuned that way. Soon they will realize that Hindi movie industry is also just one of the many movie industries in India.

But I stand by my opinion that this outfit does not have the punch it might have had on paper. Et oui! Je suis un garcon. 🙂
AK steals the show completely. A well fitted, tailored suit is a classic. HK looks shabby in front of him. The fusion does not work and the hands in the pockets makes it even worse.
I think hk’s outfit was a subtle nod to the characters he is playin- a modern and kinda historical character. And it looks sexy with the beard- there’s something very self-assured about him. i wish the shoes were like camel brogues
Anil Kapoor looks damn smart. But HK looks like lost in that mismatch of clothes. Sonam could have lent her (mens wear) suit from her recent outing to the bro. 😛 And he resembles Sonam SO much.
He looks like a kid that was dragged to a party full of family friends and relatives he doesn’t care for, by his parents, against his wishes ; in clothes they picked for him ( which he never would’ve chosen by himself) and is sulking and waiting to go home, to his video games.
